The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our high-performing retail sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our sales floor, coaching your team to success, and ensuring every customer has an outstanding experience with our brand and products. Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Coaching: Directly supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.

  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and execute action plans to drive key metrics like average transaction value, attachment rates, and units per transaction.

  • Customer Experience Champion: Lead by example in delivering world-class customer service. Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and resolve them to maintain customer loyalty.

  • Product Knowledge Guru: Ensure your team is among the most knowledgeable in the industry by leading regular training sessions on new products, features, and promotions.

  • Operational Excellence: Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising standards, inventory management, and loss prevention.

  • Sales Floor Management: Dynamically manage the sales floor—assigning zones, driving engagement, and ensuring adequate coverage to maximize customer interactions.

  • Recruitment & Development: Participate in the hiring process and contribute to the ongoing training and development of new and existing team members.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a retail sales leadership role, preferably within consumer electronics, telecommunications, or a related industry.

  • A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals, both personally and through a team.

  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and hold a team accountable.

  • Deep passion for and knowledge of consumer technology trends and products.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
