Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies
– Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations
– Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
– Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
– Proven HR experience, preferably in a managerial role
– Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
– Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management
