Key Responsibilities
Operating the Motor bike/tricycle: Safely and efficiently operating a motorized motorbike/tricycle along assigned routes.
Transporting goods/passengers: Picking up and delivering packages, products, or sometimes passengers to specified locations.
Vehicle maintenance: Regularly checking the motor bike/tricycle for faults and ensuring it is cleaned and well-maintained.
Customer engagement: Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner, especially for sales-related roles.
Handling payments: Accurately managing cash or mobile payments and reporting daily sales.
Assisting with loading/unloading: Helping to load and offload items from the tricycle.
Reporting: Reporting daily sales, customer feedback, or delivery status to the employer.
Essential Skills and Requirements
Skilled rider: Must be a skilled and experienced tricycle rider.
Valid license: A valid rider’s license is required.
Communication: Ability to read and speak English to understand delivery instructions and communicate with customers.
Professionalism: Maintaining a professional demeanor, ensuring the tricycle and any goods are presentable.
Trustworthiness: Being reliable, punctual, and trustworthy in handling goods and payments.
Physical fitness: The ability to work under pressure and manage physical tasks like loading and unloading.
