Job Summary:
The Home Furnishing Installer is responsible for the efficient, safe, and high-quality installation of home furnishing products including furniture, cabinetry, window treatments, and decorative fittings. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and professionalism to ensure each client’s home reflects the company’s standards of luxury and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Install various types of home furnishings such as wardrobes, cabinets, curtains, blinds, beds, sofas, lighting fixtures, and decorative accessories according to design specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings, layout plans, and installation manuals accurately.
Ensure all products are installed securely, level, and free from damage.
Handle, transport, and assemble furniture safely, maintaining high standards of care to prevent scratches, dents, or breakage.
Collaborate with designers, supervisors, and logistics personnel to ensure timely and correct installation at client sites.
Conduct final checks and cleaning of installed items before handover to clients.
Provide on-site support and respond professionally to client inquiries or minor adjustments.
Maintain installation tools, equipment, and company vehicle in excellent condition.
Comply with company safety, quality, and service standards at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of Senior High School Certificate or Technical/Vocational Training in carpentry, joinery, or a related field.
Proven experience in furniture or interior installation preferred.
Strong technical and manual skills with attention to precision and finishing details.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and use measuring instruments accurately.
Physically fit and capable of handling heavy items safely.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for high-end clientele.
Age: 35 years and below.
Must possess good image, eloquence, and advanced computer literacy (for job reporting and digital documentation).
