Job Requirements
Five or more years of experience in human resources management
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and laws
Experience in recruitment, talent management and employee development
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem -solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee development
Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Handle employee relations, grievances and conflicts
Analyze HR data to inform business decisions
