Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
2+ years of experience in an HR role
Strong communication & leadership skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software

Manage recruitment, onboarding & staff development
Maintain employee records & handle payroll support
Ensure compliance with HR policies & labor laws
Support employee relations and performance management
