Qualifications & Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in reinsurance broking or a related financial services role.
* A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or a related field).
* A professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ICA, or equivalent) will be considered a strong advantage.
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines.
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Perpare and analyze financial statements.
* Provide regular financial reports to management and stakeholders.
* Manage account payable and receivable.
* Perform account reconciliation.
* Develop financial forecasts and budgets.
* Monitor and control expenses.
* Identify and implement cost- saving measures.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
