Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing/creative team. You will be responsible for developing engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can take concepts and ideas and create compelling visual representations, both in print and digital mediums. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing and business objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, and visually stunning.
Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality visual designs from concept to execution, including social media graphics, website assets, marketing emails, presentations, advertisements, brochures, and more.

Develop and maintain our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.

Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and business goals.

Translate wireframes and rough concepts into polished, high-fidelity designs.

Prepare and preflight files for both digital and print production.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept through final delivery, while meeting deadlines.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Present design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders, articulating and defending design decisions.

(Optional, if applicable) Assist with basic video editing, motion graphics, or UI/UX design.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications & Skills):
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

2-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.

A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects and a keen eye for typography, layout, color, and composition.

High proficiency in industry-standard design software, specifically the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to accept feedback and constructive criticism and iterate on designs.

Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

A deep understanding of design principles for both print and digital media.
