ROLE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and leading a high-performance sales team.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and market expansion objectives.
• Create and implement strategic initiatives that align with business objectives and growth targets.
• Research market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve peak performance. Provide training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, track trends, and prepare reports for management. Set individual and team sales targets to ensure growth and performance.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns, product activations, and market outreach programs.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of significant experience in sales or sales team management, preferably in the sustainability, services, or related industry.
• Proficiency with CRM software and analytical tools to track and manage sales performance.
• Strong expertise in data analysis and performance tracking, with a proven ability to optimize sales strategies based on insights.
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to develop and implement communication and marketing plans that support business goals.
• Ability to create compelling content and campaigns that engage audiences and enhance brand visibility.
• Strong project management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines, managing priorities, and juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools such as social media management, SEO, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, and similar platforms.
• Skilled in conducting market research, audience engagement, and crafting brand stories that resonate with target markets.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive initiatives that foster team success.
• Knowledge of media relations, public relations strategies, and corporate communication standards.
